Time can fly by so fast where you living your dream! I am sitting here typing this with a smile on my face as I ponder how much I truly have to be grateful for. My life is filled with love, laughter and peace. I have a great family, I love my kids and I have incredible friends. I am truly blessed beyond measure.

Almost two years ago I met the man of my dreams and we fell in love almost immediately. However, it took almost 80 first meets over two years and my strong willed determination to never settle for less than the best. It was so worth the wait.
We are excited to announce our wedding is May 13th on a mountain top in Paradise Valley. The pressure is on because it will be recorded for TV on weareTMTV.com! This is exciting and empowering, as I just ordered my wedding dress 3 sizes too small and I have three months to release my weight.
Today is the start of day 8 and I am surprised at how focused I am! Here is my journal from the first 7 days:
Day 1 – Down 3 pounds
Day 2 – Down 4 pounds
Day 3 & 4 – Still Down 4 pounds but I can tell my body is shrinking so I am excited
Day 5 – Down 5.1 pounds
Day 6 – Still Down 5.1 pounds but going with the flow and not letting it bother me
Day 7 – Down 7.4 pounds. Today I had a tough moment, but I remembered cravings only last two minutes… so I went for a walk and thought about fitting in THAT dress!
I am enjoying the journey!
